                         All Purchases Subjected To Following Terms

Shipping times aren't the same as processing order time frame. Custom items can take up to 7-10 business days to process before shipping. Turn around time is 3-5 business days on all other products. 

No exchanges or returns are accepted on any and all purchases from S&R One Stop Shop. If you need an item by a certain time, please email me at cassandrasmith389@gmail.com before placing your order to ensure we can deliver that item in the timeframe you need it.

 

If your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate items, please send me an email to cassandrasmith389@gmail.com within 3 days.

 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. S&R One Stop Shop is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.
